Aromatherapy uses essential oils (extracted from flowers, leaves, bark, roots, fruit peel and berries) to promote healing and a sense of well-being and relaxation.  The oil is applied in long sweeping strokes which warm the skin and increases circulation during the massage which helps to eliminate toxins from the body, this helps to speed up recovery time from illness or injury.  

 

Increased circulation also helps the oils to be absorbed through the skin and carried around the body allowing their healing effects to permeate the body.

Indian Head Massage

Thai Foot Massage is a massage of the feet and also lower legs. Thai foot massage is both invigorating and deeply relaxing and involves hands on massage, stretching and acupressure to stimulate reflex points. It has elements of Shiatsu, Reflexology, and Chinese massage, incorporated into the treatment.

A deep massage that uses soothing oils, and smooth water heated basalt stones.
